Awesome Innovations

For those of you headed out into the wilderness for Forth of July, I would like to present you the newest innovation in campsite amenities....

The Natural Cooler (oohh, ahhh)

Note: This is preferable for campsites near water, particularly cold water. This was built in a stream that comes from glacial runoff...oh yeah, those beers were frosty.


PS - in process of updating the site with a new title & background for summer...it will soon be cooler, promise!

My friends think quite highly of me...

Today at work we posed an interesting question:

"If you saw me in the back of a police car, what would you think I got arrested for?"

Here are what my coworkers/friends thought would be "KP's Crimes of Passion":

• Running over that chick that took my parking spot at the mall
• Having sex in public
• Kindly misplacing my fist in someone's face for looking at me the wrong way
• Public nudity, more specifically streaking while drunk.
• Disturbing the peace
• Public intoxication
• Assaulting someone on the dance floor.
• Trespassing
• Indecent exposure

Glad you all think I am such an upstanding citizen! ;-)

Dad's Favorite Helper

Ever the craftsman, my father is in the process of building a stream/pond water feature in our backyard. However, it seems to be more of a dog pool than the asthetic addition he was hoping for.

Brody is doing a little "quality" inspection of my father's work.

FYI - Shetland sheepdogs are supposed to be highly adverse to water...he is too naive to know his own instinctual nature.
